Before the conception of Graham Limited, Trey Neville headed up the Fort Worth office for the Stablemade Development and Brokerage team in early 2017. He attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 21-years. He specializes in urban, mixed-use developments and has an eye for great design. Trey’s involvement and knowledge in building shopping centers and restaurants from the ground up is one of his greatest strengths. He’s a realist and knows how to bring a viable concept to life. In his spare time, Trey loves spending time with his family, fly fishing on the Texas coast and working hard to bring his handicap down to a single digit on the golf course.
As a Partner at Graham Limited, Amber Calhoun is most passionate about creating a customized and unique experience for her clients. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Texas Wesleyan University then joined Transwestern’s Retail Team in 2015 which sparked her career in hospitality brokerage and urban, mixed use projects. Focusing on emerging concepts in the market, she utilizes her retail knowledge to assist clients in creating a strategic growth plan for success. Don’t let her love for retail fool you, Amber enjoys everything about being outdoors. In her free time find her riding horses, snowboarding and spending time with her chocolate Labrador Bear.
As a Partner at Graham Limited, David Duwe is bringing his two decades of Real Estate experience to ensure his clients succeed. A Dallas native, David is an expert from Love Field to Trinity Groves. “I have been successful in negotiating hundreds of transactions and cultivating relationships all over DFW.” After attending Richland College, David worked with a home builder for close to a decade, giving him unique insight to the site selection and development process. In his time off you can catch him commanding his grill master, fishing, or just spending time with his kids.
