Trey Neville attended Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate. He has worked in the Fort Worth commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. His most recent developments are urban, mixed-use developments with an emphasis on sustainability and great design. Having managed the construction of these multi-million dollar projects he understands the challenges associated with taking two dimensional plans to real property. He has a solid foundation in reality and knows how to bring a viable concept to life. In his spare time, Trey loves spending time with his family, saltwater fly fishing and working hard to bring his handicap down to a single digit on the golf course.

As a Partner at Graham Limited, Amber Calhoun is most passionate about creating a customized and unique experience for her clients. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Texas Wesleyan University then joined Transwestern’s Retail Team in 2015 gaining extensive industry knowledge which sparked her career in hospitality brokerage and urban, mixed use projects. Focusing on emerging concepts in the market, she utilizes her knowledge for assisting new-to-market concepts in creating a strategic growth plan for success while maintaining a long-term partnership. Leasing projects include ground up development and redevelopment. She was awarded Fort Worth’s Magazine “Top Commercial Agent” in 2019 and 2021.
